- Priority Shipping: 12,90€, 4-6 business days
Rest of the world:
- Economy Shipping: 21,80€, 10-25 business days
- Priority Shipping: 24,20€, 7-10 business days
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over 200€!
Worldwide Delivery: We ship worldwide, bringing joy to dogs everywhere. Please note that you’re responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
Shipping is conducted via Austrian Post.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Hound District purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Here’s what needs to happen for a successful return:
The item(s) must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
To initiate a return:

- We’ll provide you with more details (you may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the reason for the return).
Once we receive your returned item(s):
- We’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy.
- We’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
